"Very polite and punctual. Was able to identify the potential issue (loose wiring in a shower box) and for now it appears to be fixed. He was happy to be recontacted if this issue persisted though. Feel that a full and thorough investigation was conducted on the day to try and get to the bottom of the issue and would recommend this person."
