    "Shim worked extremely hard to a high professional standard. He was unfailingly positive, even when unforseen problems cropped up. Labour costs were kept to the original quotation. He was always cheerful and optimistic, and delivered a finished job which was exceeded expectation and was much appreciated."

    "Shim and a colleague replaced kitchen work top and sink for us. He also removed all the old wall tiles and fitted a splash back behind the hob. Additionally he constructed a plate rack, wine rack and 2 doors for a small cupboard in a small utility area. He arranged for a plasterer to plaster the walls where wall tiles had been removed. He was polite, flexible and professional throughout. He met our expectations and was reasonably priced. Having had previous not so good experience of some tradesmen he left the house and garden (where he cut some of the wood) in an immaculate state of cleanliness."

    "Shim was great. He built the front section of this lodge with no plans. He was fun, talented and a pleasure to have around. When the river flooded he got there by taking his shoes and socks off to get through river water. Others might have retreated to a cafe…"
