"Called for a quote, sounded very reasonable so asked him to do the work (changing a lock). He turned up an hour later and was friendly, polite and efficient. Highly recommended."

"Had an problem with one of our front door locks. Steve attended within the hour and removed the faulty lock, which resolved the issue and installed a new lock in its place. He spent nearly an hour in the cold and dark. He called back, as promised, this morning to complete installation of the new lock. Punctual, efficient & courteous. I thought cost very fair too. Would recommend."
