    "Once again we called on Dave (and Mark) this time for external work, the replacement of rotten wooden dormas and fascias. It wasn't a standard job but as ever, Dave took the time to outline the different options and provide a competitive price. You always know you're going to get high quality work with Dave, and he will keep you informed if there is any unforseen decisions that need to be made. We'll likely be using them both again in the future if he doesn't retire too soon!"
