Hello I'm Lee Cogger and welcome to Silk Render. With over 25 years’ experience in rendering, our work is of the highest quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
Two years ago one of the leading manufacturers on these rendering systems (Wetherby) liked the job I did that much that they put (Wallis house) on their main web page which is still there today, you can view this on my gallery. The orange and white tower block.
What you will also get from silk is that I personally will be doing the work not employing other people to do the work for me so there is more care that goes into the work because it is my company name at the end of the day. DAVID - Image 1 "Replaced old painted pebble dash with smooth render. Very tidy and all surrounding surfaces were fully protected. Produced a very nice finish. The work involved three visits to build up to the final coloured finish. Good communication each time."

"From our initial meeting with Lee we felt comfortable, he came back a second time to go through the silicone rendering process. The scaffolding went up and Lee and his team followed the next day. Job completed in six working days, everything protected before the job started, everything cleared and cleaned afterwards. The house looks like a new build, their attention to detail is outstanding. Thoroughly recommend Lee and his team at Silk Render"

"The company gave us clear advice and a competitive quote for the work required. They employed a good scaffolding team and both companies were considerate of our requirements to protect our brickwork and paving.
