"So grateful to Shoosmith Heating and Plumbing, Ottershaw and Robbie for swiftly coming to my 90 year old mother, who had no heating. He quickly assessed that the thermostat was broken and set about fitting a new one and getting her heating up and running in no time. Thanks again , 5⭐️s Janet Mills"

"New boiler & installation: I thoroughly recommend this Company. I selected Shoosmith after meeting with and obtaining 3 quotes from other companies. My choice was based not only on price but on meeting with their representative who instilled in me a strong feeling of trust and competence. Plus, before making up my mind, I bombarded them with questions over several emails, which they patiently answered. The work was carried out over 2 days and they arrived promptly at 8 a.m. and not only worked hard but cleared up thoroughly at the end of each day. It was a very fiddly job to install the new boiler, thermostat, programmer, etc. as it was a very confined space and dark. The job was excellent and I noticed the difference in both my heating and hot water straight away. I'm totally 'gob-smacked' and now wish I had done this ages ago as I can see that it will also save me money on my energy bills."
