    "Tom managed to fit us in at short notice and arrived promptly at 8am on the arranged day. The problem was that our tap water was extremely hot as the temperature was not regulating properly. Tom methodically went through several tests and checks to pin down what was causing the problem. It was just unfortunate that resolving the problem meant draining the system and replacing some parts. However, Tom got straight on with it and finished the job by lunchtime. He caused the least disruption and left no mess. Problem resolved; thank you Tom."

    "Very thorough, detailed and professional work carried out. Tom advised me of only necessary work required and carried this out across 2 visits. Very reasonably priced too."
