"It was surprising that SES Electrical and his technician had no service integrity and poor professionalism. They were dishonest on the reason for the fuse box tripping, and shirked the responsibility of identifying the issue to customers not giving enough time to test, even though we provided details and emails from our building manager. The only solution they provided was further testing, and charged further labour costs and possible parts. But there was no trust from us through the whole process. Their lack of professionalism, poor customer service integrity are unacceptable."

"Matthew of SES did a very good job of replacing four ceiling spotlights in the bathroom, as well as the light switch. He worked hard over the one and a half hours, rushing out to buy new spotlights and switch, and also a new smoke alarm in the hall which he noticed was very old. His finishing was impeccable and he did a good job of clearing up. I am surprised though that SES charge clients £6 for a dust sheet and waste bag. Surely this is a cost they should absorb."
