"Excellent work carried out on internal renovation of our home. Patrick had a 'can do' attitude which was really helpful if any problems occurred, reacting immediately in finding ways to solve any unforeseen issues. His team were excellent - Carlos and George were especially a great team. They were courteous, skilled, hard working and paid attention to detail. We would definitely recommend SEC - and indeed we intend to invite them to complete further renovations next year."

"Well where to start, so from the beginning, Patrick came to meet with us and discuss what we wanted, what was the budget and what was our expectation. Patrick put us at ease straight away unlike other builders that we saw beforehand he was honest understanding and made us not one promise he and his team could not for-fill. Patrick has such an amazing team working for him Carlos, George and Joe nothing was too much trouble and to say they went above and beyond daily would be a huge understatement The plans we had drawn up to us looked fine to us but straight away Patrick saw ways to work with our architect to gain us even more space and height to our bedroom extension going back and forth with the architect at no extra cost to us as all Patrick and his team wanted was what was best for us and how they delivered. Carlos, George and Joe arrived every day at 8am and worked flat out at an incredible pace with Patrick managing the job brilliantly, thank you from the bottom of our hearts"

"I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Patrick and his team and will certainly be using them for future work. They did a great job of our roof, side extension and new kitchen and we can not fault the standard of work. Patrick oversaw everything from start to finish, has great vision and certainly knows his stuff. Carlos and George are meticulous with detail and nothing was ever too much trouble. From start to finish everyone was punctual, cheerful and always friendly and polite and they understood the needs of our senior dog and always made sure that the site was usable for her, even laughed when she walked on the new flooring before it had set!"
