"Our downstairs loo needed replacing - the person who’d originally installed it had no idea what they were doing and it had been plastered to the floor and walls, with no shutoff valve and the pipes on the wrong side! Charlie did an excellent job, not only of replacing it with minimal damage to the surrounding tiling (still not sure quite how he managed that!) but also by turning up on time and doing everything he said he’d do, when he said he’d do it. That’s pretty rare in my experience. Excellent service."
