"I acquired a couple of Edwardian doors to restore the period features in my house. Toby and Sean did a great job of adapting and fitting the doors, and I'm really happy with the result. Will be re-hiring Salmon Building for further restoration work."

Guy - Image 1 "Toby and his team from Salmon Building Ltd have done an excellent job on our kitchen and related works, which invovled (amongst other things) replacing internal walls, lintels and prepping for enlarged windows as well as a new flooring, re-wiring and plumbing work, underfloor heating and fitting a Howdens kitchen. The work has been undertaken to a high standard, and was well organised and tidy throughout. Toby is very approachable, clear and helpful to deal with, as are the rest of his team on-site. We would be happy to recommend Salmon Building for works of this type, and would definitely use them again in future."

"The second time we have used Salmon Building, and a much bigger project - replacing and insulating the ground floor, new kitchen, heating work, and decorating; and building a garden office. Toby put a lot of effort into anticipating issues which could arise so as to give us as accurate a price as possible for a big investment in our home. The confidence in the estimate was a big part in going ahead with the work. We knew the guys would get everything done to a really high standard and we're really pleased with results inside and out. Lots of issues we weren't aware of from previous work others have carried out on the house were fixed along the way and the place is much warmer and finished to a much higher standard because of it. The work meant moving out for several months as there wasn't a floor and, based on the last job, we largely left Toby and the guys to it, checking in regularly via video call. We'll continue to use Salmon Building and definitely recommend."

Ruari - Image 1 "I hired Salmon Building to carry out some major renovation: removing chimney breasts, carrying out a partial loft conversion including steelwork, and rebuilding three sections of wall. From the very start, Toby communicated clearly about costs, timelines and potential issues. Detailed requirements were taken on board, covered in the quote and carried out without chasing up. I was impressed by the quality of work and attention to detail throughout - and so were the building control inspectors from our local authority. The team were pleasant, open and left completed areas clean. Any snags found during the work were dealt with quickly and fairly. I would happily use Salmon Building again."
