Ryan Oliver Construction Ltd are a Leicestershire based construction company, with an aim to provide exquisite finishes and standards to every aspect of our works, it’s within our ethos to think of the small details and plan to ensure a smooth and cost-effective build. Most of what we do is a tailored bespoke service from the initial phone call to the last day of the project.
We know it can be hard to find a builder that you can rely on. We come from carpentry and building backgrounds, reputation is everything to us. We have over 35 years combined experience, and with a reputable team of in-house tradesmen on hand to overcome even the most complex of projects whilst maintaining the highest standard of work, we specialise in extensions, kitchen renovations, loft conversions and timber frame construction to name a few but cover all aspects of building.
We pride ourselves on providing a professional, caring and high-quality service and always meet our customers’ needs. "From initial planning & design through to completion of a utility room & shower room, Ryan & Oliver were always helpful, cheerful & hard working, as were the others who worked with them. Any issues that arose during the work were dealt with promptly. Everything was regularly left clean & tidy & this was commented on by neighbours & passers-by. I was so pleased with their work on the extension that I asked them to carry out other work, re-roofing the garage and refurbishing the kitchen, just completed & to the same high standard. Their help & advice throughout was much appreciated & I am very happy to recommend them."

"Easy to arrange getting a quote and Ryan and Oli understood the requirements. A price was agreed and work was carried out to a high standard within the agreed timescale. Both Ryan and Oli were punctual, clean, tidy and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend!"
