    "What an amazing guy! From the appointment, he messaged me his location so I knew on the day where he was and what time I am likely to expect him. He had great knowledge, knew exactly what was wrong with my underfloor heating after carrrying out a couple of tests and fixed it quickly. I live in Ashwell, Hertfordshire and can say Alex was reliable, full of knowledge, punctual, very professional and did the job quickly. He even called me the next day to check that my heating was working. So grateful and definitely recommend him. Nikki"
