"I waited seven weeks before writing this review but have followed a complaints procedure with trust a trader already. As far as I know the work on repairing our roof was needed and completed to a satisfactory or high standard. The trader disbursing the work was very polite, appeared knowledgeable, and was helpful. The reason for the low final score on the review is because I was promised an official guarantee for the work which hasn’t appeared until now. I chose this trader because of the promise that his work was guaranteed, but I have no evidence of this."

"I would recommend this trader to a friend. Robert was reassuring in his advice when I had water coming in from the roof. He took photos to show me the condition of the roof and clearly explained the work that was needed. He and his men were polite and helpful and carried out the work well.;"
