"Have used Royale to service my oil boiler for a number of years. Andy is always approachable and goes out of his way to provide rapid and responsible service. Living in a remote rural property it is greatly appreciated having a tradesman who will work to protect his customers health and wellbeing during cold weather spells."

"We had our Air Source Heat Pump serviced yesterday. We were very impressed with Rob our technician. He arrived on schedule, was clean and tidy in his work and most importantly he was very knowledgeable and explained things so we could easily understand. There were several issues that the company that had previosly installed the system had done wrong. Rob was happy to take the time to explain these and also look to remedies. Would certainly recommend Rob and Royale to friends and family."

"Used Royale Heating Services for the first time to service my Bosch Worcester gas boiler which is still under warranty. Very impressed with the service and professionalism of Anthony in fact Anthony was the first engineer out of many to service and clean the magnetic filter, all who had previously made excuses that it wasn’t part of the service etc. Received a text informing me of his ETA. Upon arrival Anthony commenced his work. When the service was finished he completed his paperwork and sent a copy via email and advised me that all was working correctly with the boiler and I would be contacted in twelve months when my next service was due. Tom Smith."
