    "Brilliant service start to finish. Our boiler broke, I rang the office, the girl in the office was really helpful and got me booked in really quick. When Rowlen arrived he was really friendly and professional. He did a great job got the boiler back up and running. He left the place clean and tidy. It was like he was never there.     "We chose Rowlen when we needed a new boiler installation. Rowlen were professional and friendly from our initial contact with them to completion of the job. The engineer was prompt and polite.     "Further to our new boiler installation, may I take this opportunity to commend Lewis Masters on a first rate job. He is a credit to Rowlen Boiler Services and it is a pity that more tradesmen don't have his work ethic. He arrived at the correct time, worked full days, kept us informed at every stage of the work, provided a very neat installation and only took two days to complete all of the work. Well done!"
