"I have a Rotec alarm which had developed a problem - a battery needed replacing so not a fault as such. The engineer turned up at exactly the time stated and completed the work efficiently. The alarm is now working perfectly once again. I would highly recommend Rotec."

"The quoting process was easy and transparent so we elected to go with Rotec. Part of this was based on the modular design of their solutions so you can keep adding products as your requirements grow or change. On the day of the fitting we received a text letting us know 15 mins in advance Rotec were on the way. The chaps that turned up to fit were friendly and polite and got on with the install, which took less time than we expected. They then showed us how to use the system and answered questions, not leaving until we were happy. Great service from a local company and happy to recommend."

"I have been using Rotec since 2017. Can only give this company a 5 star rating in every category. Staff always polite and helpful and that includes Mark the owner, his partner Mary who does the bookings and all the engineers. Top alarm and cameras too."

"We are thrilled with the alarm system installed by Mark and Dylan today. The process was very smooth and professional and within a short time of our initial enquiry we received a home visit from Mark who spent time listening to our needs and explaining options with no pressure at all. We were really impressed with what was on offer, the price was very fair and we didn’t hesitate to book a fitting date. Mark and Dylan came out today, and both are lovely and friendly guys, very efficient and knowledgeable and they had us all set up in no time at all. The system looks great, is extremely easy to work with several options for use (keypad, fob and app) and the house was left spotless. We’ve signed up for yearly maintenance/service of the system for a great price which has given us additional peace of mind. Thanks guys and see you next year! 😁"
