    "Batteries were low, so needed a visit under our service contract to replace. As always, Branden arrived punctually and carried out replacement while explaining aspects of our system I wanted clarification on. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The booking process, via Mary, was a pleasure, as it is every time. I am made to feel like a friend, as well as a valued customer."

    "Called 29/12 to report a problem with alarm. Booked to come out 30/12. Brandon arrived at expected time between 9-10am, found the problem quickly. Fixed issue and invoice sent within half an hour. All that was needed was a battery change, which needs completing by the company. Brandon is very polite, patient and knowledgable in his field of work. He helped explain what had gone wrong and what I need to look out for. Thank you Rotec team"
