"Charles made contact with me within minutes of my posting a query on the site. We arranged a convenient time for later the same day and he arrived when he said he would. After an initial inspection, we discussed options for the repair of what is essentially an obsolete boiler, but then upon further investigation, Charles managed to rectify the problem and the boiler has continued to function without any further issues. Charles was polite, knowledgeable and professional"
