    "James came out on an emergency call. I was on holiday and my tenant reported a blocked drain. James came out as quickly as he could and cleared the blockage. James explained the problem cleary and I asked him for a quote as more work needs to be done to repair the drain. I would definitely recommend him"

James Roberts is very experienced and knowledgeable, and after identifying the problem took time to explain the options for the management of the repair.
