"I initially called Royce early last (2024) due to a fault with my boiler intermittently producing hot water. He diagnosed the problem and he informed me, he could fix the problem by changing the heat exchanger, or swapping out the boiler as it was 11+years old or I could wait for the problem to get worse. We decided to wait and the boiler lasted a few more months. I got back in touch with Royce and he re-quoted for the work and we opted for a replacement boiler. Royce was punctual on the day of the work. He informed me of all the different processes he would need to do to carry out the work involved and was very methodical in his approach. He did a great job and cleared away afterwards. You wouldn't have known he'd had even been was it not for a shiny new boiler and HOT water on demand. I've already got him booked in again for some other plumbing work that need doing. 100% a tradesman you can trust to do a great job. Thanks again 👍"
