"The pump was replaced in my Ideal boiler. My R and J trader diagnosed the fault and confirmed all else was good. He ordered the necessary pump and got it installed and working."

"I can't thank Terry enough for attending to my boiler emergency at a very busy time during the recent cold snap. He addressed the initial problem and then followed through the associated issues until I had heating and hot water again. He sourced the spare parts quickly and always kept me updated. Terry is very experienced and friendly, and I will certainly be calling on his services again."
