"Richard Horton can be relied on to deal with all plumbing problems, he’s highly skilled and experienced. Last week he quickly identified what was causing serious damage in my bathroom that no other plumber had been able to find. He discovered a main waste pipe hidden inside the cavity wall with a huge hole in it. Waste water had collected on the ground destroying everything. The high quality of Richard’s work is very impressive, the repairs and improvements he’s made are practical and easy to maintain. I’m very happy with all he’s done, it was a pleasure to be his customer and get the benefit of such expertise."

Andrew Morris - Image 1 "We needed a new boiler urgently. Richard and Ollie recommended the boiler and fixed it within days. There were teething problems with our old plumbing system which they patienty analysed and found solutions - eventually using a magnet to locate a major blockage. Ingenious! They worked hard and came back promptly to deal with the complications. The same was true when they installed a complete bathroom perfectly while we were away on holiday afew years ago. After one of the parts of the shower proved defective they identified the problem, got a replacement part free of charge from the supplier and fixed it. Both Richard and Ollie are very well informed, analytical and patient, and come up with solutions to tricky problems. Highly recommended."
