"I did experienced a burst of water from my toilet broken in the loft room . It was so strong that was dripping through the ceiling. It was a Saturday night 11 pm and as alone at home I didn’t know what to do . I called this company and kindly Alessandro came to the house to close the water . The next day on Sunday he returned and checked everything , he did ordered the new toilet and parts and on the Tuesday he did finished the job. I couldn’t be more happy to find him, professional, respectful clean and honest person . He understood my desperation on the phone and still came at the house so late night and in his weekend. I do truly recommend the company ."
