    "Alex and team are a credit to the profession. We used Refined initially for a rear extension on our old house in 2022, and we were so impressed we have gone with them again this year for a full renovation which once again, they are doing an incredible job with. They are not only highly skilled, but they are helpful, friendly, polite, and very much the cleanest builders we have ever worked with - also very empathetic during a very stressful time, which is a huge bonus! Alex has a number of amazing relationships with other local trades for specialised work (plastering, electrics etc) so Refined really do come as the full package - a great relief for those who don't want to/can't project manage their own build. Alex is a real problem-solver and no issue is too big or too small - and he will also happily take on extra work throughout the project if he can, so you always know there is flexibility to adapt to new ideas whilst they're on site."

    "Overall we were happy with the work. We got a few quotes and they came out the best. They turned up on time and their after care was pretty good, as they came back to sort out a couple of problems. I have already recommended them and have had them back to do a few more jobs."
