"Very pleased with the results. Started work when he said he would and kept us updated on the progress. He and his team worked very hard to complete the job. Photos were taken and shown to us where additional work needed doing due to failures made by a previous roofer"

"I contact Rainproof Roofing and got the feeling of complete professionalism. A time and date was made for an estimate to be given. The trader attended on time and gave me an estimate for the work which, although I thought was on the high side, I agreed to pay, with an explanation it would take over a day to complete. The trader and team arrived at 9.30am on the agreed date and had finished the work by 3.30pm. I asked the trader if the gutters had been cleared of any debris scraped from the tiles and was assured that they had. I have paid the invoice. I'm not complaining about the quality of work but I was disappointed to have to start clearing up the moss and debris from the tiles, which was all over the footpath. Today I have checked the gutters that I can reach and found them to be full of debris. No attempt had been made to clear the debris and I have now spent some time in cleaning out the gutters that I can reach. I don't know how bad the other gutters are. Very disappointing."

"Riley responded immediately to my initial call and turned up when promised. He quickly identified the problem and explained it to me fully, where 3x other tradesmen had given me a different reason for the damp kitchen ceiling. Riley was the most plausable and even allowed me to go up the ladder to view for myself. He gave me 3x options and I was not put under any pressure. I was fortunate enough to get in for the next day, as they worked hard over the weekend to complete as they had a big job Monday. They always turned up when promised, were polite and Riley tried to save me money where he could. He as very honest. I read all 80 reviews on Trused Trader and they were all good apart from one and I think the guy has put the review on the wrong trader, as I got a written quote from Riley and he did not push me into anything, he allowed me space to think. I would recomend them to anyone and I will certainley not use any other roofer going forward."

"After trying to sift through lots of traders, Rainproof Roofing stood out to me, as there were lots of good reviews. No wonder. Riley contacted me the very next day, and came to view the problem. Leaking roof. He gave us a couple of options to fix. We were under no pressure whatsoever to make a decision we were happy with. Riley arranged to come the next day, and repair our roof. Very punctual, tidy, extremely polite and gentlemanly and so were his team. Very reasonable price, not over priced. I would definitely have no hesitation in using Rainproof Roofing again, and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is nervous about speaking to, and dealing with a situation such as this. We are very happy and grateful. Thank you Riley and team"
