"After a bit of a disastrous morning (I managed to smash my favourite lamp, leaving all the wiring exposed and the shade in bits), I reached out to John in a panic. Not only was it my favourite lamp, it was irreplaceable to me. I didn’t expect much to be honest, after all I was asking about a lamp and I know the majority of electricians would have ignored my request, especially on a Sunday! Yet John was quick to respond and managed to save my lamp! He was as polite and responsive as if I had requested work costing thousands. What an absolute jewel of an electrician. He’s now on speed dial for all future work."

"This was an EICR check at a hard-to-find address. Before he began, John explained without prompting what he would be doing. In the event there was no sense of intrusion, which was most welcome. This was electrical work that was vitally important. John was very thorough and worked quickly. Afterwards he answered all my questions fully and with patience and was the same with questions about electrical matters that had nothing to do with EICR checks. It is hard to imagine that the service I received from Rahilly Electrical Ltd could be bettered. To one who has endured London standards of service over many years theirs was astonishingly good."

"The electrical components connected to my oven had failed. I called John knowing how reliable he is that he would come and round and fix the issue quickly and efficiently. He did not let me down, the issue was resolved and I now have a functioning oven again with minimal fuss thanks to John, excellent service."
