"First time I have used Bob, it won't be the last. Bob arrived dead on agreed start time and after a brief chat commenced work. He worked continuously, stopping briefly for refreshment and to inform me of progress. When Bob had finished the job, he took me outside to survey his work. I was impressed with what he had done and duly informed him how pleasing it was to see such good workmanship. I would not hesitate to call on Bob to do work for me again."

"Bob came to fix a leak coming from my hot water cylinder. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix it on the spot, as he already had the parts needed in his van. He arrived at the time agreed, was really friendly, helpful and efficient, and left no mess behind. Thanks, Bob - great job!"
