"Excellent service from Wayne at Quick Clear Drainage. Was having nightmare with Thames Water who refused to acknowledge a problem with their pipework off boundary which caused sewage waste backup to house. Wayne attended the same day that I contacted QCD and immediately got to work jetting through the blockage and clearing two manholes on site. Specifically he also ran a camera downstream which confirmed damaged pipework off property at junction with main sewer ~ responsibility of Water Company. Overall a very efficient and professional attitude from QCD and problem quickly sorted on the day. Cost was reasonable too. Would certainly recommend unreservedly."

"Job was booked in the morning for the same day, the technician turned up on time after calling to say he was on the way. He was obviously experienced in the job and cleared our blocked drain in about ten minutes. He was careful not to make a mess and left everything tidy after checking the drain was clear and working excellent job definitely use this company again"

"Needed a toilet waste pipe unblocked. Very professional over the phone with clear costing. Unfortunately, the job didn't go to plan. We discovered the blockage was caused by solidfied building materials! Sadly, solving this issue caused others which were quite costly. The engineer insisted he did everything by the book, however, no one was happy with the result. This is when QCD showed their integrity: payment was frozen until we reached an agreement. They were very amicable, calm, and clearly had my satisfaction at heart. Ultimately, they offered a solution I was delighted with, all things considered. It's easy to overlook the possibility of a job not going to plan, particularly from unforeseen circumstances: it can get messy very quickly with fingers being pointed! QCD were phenomenal in this regard. They certainly backed the standards of their engineers but also never shied away from finding a solution. That's why I'd undoubtedly go with them again and would highly recommend."
