"Ken was very punctual when I made the appointment for him to see the job. He was very knowledgeable and explained clearly what was needed to rectify the problem. When he and his colleague Rodney attended to do the job they were friendly, considerate and very diligent whilst doing the job. Ken took time to also fix one of my doors that needed hinges being replaced at a reasonable cost. I will definitely recommend them."

"Ken initially came over to assess our damp issue and give us a quote. He clearly knew what he was talking about and talked us through what was required. He was prompt and accommodating to all our timelines. The quality of the work was faultless and we are thrilled with the results. He went the extra mile to do the work properly and ensure that our damp issue was fully dealt with. The work was done quickly and the cost was extremely reasonable given the scale of the work. On top of all this, Ken is a lovely bloke who was great to have around during the job. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for a damp expert."

"Ken was very helpful and listened to our concerned regarding the price of the original quote. His colleague who also worked on the job was friendly and helpful. There was a matter concerning the job that was not clear to me and I was able to discuss this with Ken, he communicated clearly what was involved in the quote. The works was nearly finished, I did not realise due to the reduction in price that it did not include wall papering and painting back the walls that had damp proofing. I would ask him back if there was any work that needed professionals to do the job."
