Purple Home Improvements Ltd is a local tilers. We have many years’ experience and our team of professional tile fitters are happy to take on all jobs of any size.
Tiles are often the finishing touch to a room adding an accent to bathroom and kitchen walls or floors throughout a home. Whilst many homeowners consider tiles to be purely decorative they also serve a purpose. Tiled floors need to be durable and evenly laid to prevent tripping and kitchen and bathroom tiles must be water tight and help to protect the walls. Our tile fitters are skilled in their trade. They will lay your tiles with precision and make sure that they are fit for purpose and look great too.
We are proud of the high levels of service that we provide from first consultation to the moment we leave the customers’ home or business. To help us maintain these high standards our local tilers continually improve their skills and work hard to stay up to date with the latest products and tiling techniques.

"I was hoping a gold surround would have been used to complete the fitting doormat. Also would have appreciated the trader to have taken away all the rubbish with him and not left it for us to dispose of!"
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. Sorry you weren't completely happy with the coir matting I fitted fit you. During my initial visit I discussed the job with your partner and detailed how I would fit the matting and create the well by lifting the tiles. A gold trim wasn't mentioned at this stage, or when I came earlier today to complete the job. I also do not offer a waste removal service as we tradespeople would have to pay commercial waste companies to dispose of it, whereas it's free for domestic households and if I did, I would have to pass the cost onto you and thus increase the price of the job. On bigger jobs I will price in a skip and charge the client accordingly, but as yours was only a very small amount I assumed you would place it in with your general waste. If you would like to discuss having gold added to your coir matting, please do not hesitate to email me and I will send you a quote. Kind regards Purple Home Improvements Ltd."
