"I contacted this company to carry out an Electrical Safety Check and was impressed with how quickly they answered the phone, booked the appointment and followed up with clear communications. I had an issue with transport on the day and again it was easy to contact them and sort the problem, and the call handler was very pleasant and helpful. The electrician on site was polite and professional, got the work done in good time and explained everything to me. The follow-up info was, again, quick and clear. I think the price quoted was reasonable for a good service. I have now booked them to do the remedial work needed. Very impressed."

"i'm very please I went with PCE - I had multiple electrical issues that were just mounting up incl. replacing downights in my 2 bed flat and fitting dimmers. I was able to get someone to come down and assess the issues and provide a quote within 24hrs! Really happy with both the customer service and the electrical maintenance service itself ....the following week the electrician that came had a full list of tasks which he checked a couple of times throughout there day - the service is super quick, high quality and value for money. Will deffo be using them again as I trust their recommendation."

"I have been using this company for 7 years so was not surprised by the excellent service and workmanship. Everything was discussed and explained in advance. Dean was punctual, courteous ,efficient and very tidy. The work was carried out swiftly and to a high standard. I received a courtesy call before the invoice was generated to ensure that I was happy with all aspects of the job. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this A* company."
