All our engineers and installers are employed and trained directly by us. We never use subcontractors. Uniquely, we train our service teams to work across all popular makes and models of domestic appliances so they can repair more than just one appliance when they visit, saving you time and money.

"Spent 10 minutes on call with this company and were super helpful even though they couldn't visit me as it was a Samsung fridge which has to be serviced by Samsung. Gave me lots of trouble shooting tips and steps to try and work out what the issue was before calling Samsung out so will give that a go and keep my fingers crossed! Very helpful person on end of call trying all they could to help me get it fixed. :-)"

"From the initial phone call the staff were professional and courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They were also incredibly tidy and left my home and the area in which they worked spotless. They might not have been the cheapest company but I didn't know what the problem was with an 8 yr old cooker hood and they were able to diagnose the problem and source, supply and fit within a week. I have total confidence in this company and it's staff"
