"Overall our experience using Proper Roof to re-roof our house was exceptional. The initial survey was extremely thorough, using a drone to view the roof. This identified an additional issue with the chimney mortar right from the start. They then worked with us - through several visits and phone calls - to decide the finer details of the work to be carried out, giving helpful advice while also considering our preferences and budget. The team completed the work to a very high standard. They were hard working, punctual, reliable, and polite. The attention to detail of the whole team was excellent. For example, after the scaffolding was taken down the company visited again for a final inspection and to touch up paintwork. The finished roof looks great and the upgraded insulation has truly made a difference to the warmth of the house. Furthermore, the work was completed in accordance with building regulations, inspected by building control, and a completion certificate provided."

"I would recommend this company to anyone who wants their re roof doing. Right from the first contact to the job finished, I found all the team were pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and professional in my experience. I found it a positive and amazing experience that there are tradesman that you can trust to get on with the job to a high level finish. The advice and recommendation I received by the roofer made me consider things I would not of known and got them done all at once rather than dealing with it later and costing me more. I wish all tradespeople and companies were like this company and highly recommend to anyone who needs a new roof doing."

Jack - Image 1 "I needed a new roof for my terraced house. I had hired a different roofer, but there were a lot of issues with their work. Eventually I'd had enough and called Proper Roof. They came round promptly, surveyed the job and protected my property from the weather. They gave me a reasonable timeframe for when they could start the job and how long it would take to complete. While they were working, they turned up everyday, worked long days, kept me up to date and left the site tidy everyday. If they encountered any issues they let me know and gave me different options and costs for fixing them. I highly reccommend them, my only regret was not hiring them in the first place!"

"Oskars and his team came to help out in an emergency after a cowboy builder left our roof in tatters. He and his team came and reviewed the work, quoted really quickly and they started working within a few days. They worked incredibly hard to finish the roof as quickly as they could, despite the terrible weather, and made sure the site was clean and tidy throughout. Oskars and his team were friendly, honest, hard working and really know their craft. Don't bother looking elsewhere, these guys are honestly the best."
