Geof - Image 1 "Francis and his team were impressive. They worked hard. They were efficient and friendly. They worked well together. We initially had a quote to replace the fascia and soffit at the back of the house. When Francis checked the front, we had similar issues with rotten wood, on the front fascia and soffit as well some very worn mock Tudor wood. The work entailed replacing rear of property apex rotten fascia boards, replaced rear extension cladding soffit & fascias & rotten wood with new soffits & fascias. Guttering was replaced at the back & front of property. All rubbish was removed, once the work was finished with 20 year warranty. Front of property was stripped of cladding and rotten wood fascia and soffits, and replaced with new PVC cladding. Cleaned cladding & extension to both sides, replaced broken & slipped tiles. Re-cemented ridge tiles to rear. Cleaned & sealed flat roof at rear as well as providing a liquid rubber coat for the whole flat roof at the back We were delighted."
