"The plumber was helpful, efficient and polite. He had 3 tasks to do on the day. Fit a new kitchen tap, fix a leak in the waste pip beneath the bath and fix a toilet. He made sure everything was working okay and tidied up after himself. He was friendly and got the job done,that's all one can ask."

"I contacted Derek after receiving a very high quote from Plumb London and was not clear on what the real issue was. He responded quickly and came out the next day. He sorted out the problem with my boiler for a fraction of the cost, approximately a tenth of the quote we’d originally received, saving us over £1000. More than happy to use again and recommend him highly."

"Very efficient and resolved the issue promptly by replacing a pipe to radiator. Very courteous and punctual and I felt comfortable that he certainly knew his trade, also very tidy, I would recommend without hesitation"
