    "Richard was very honest and open about the work that did and didn't need doing, and offered a very fair price for his work. Gave us great advice about what to budget for in the future without in anyway pushing for additional work to invoice. In fact he discouraged us from spending on a certain job saying it wasn't necessary. I found him to be very trustworthy. He also completed the job within a week of the first visit and as far as I can tell he's done a great job of it. No complaints. Will definitely use him for any future work on the roof."
