Prestige Construction & Building Services Ltd is a family-run business with over 30 years industry experience. We offer a Design and Build service from planning, Architectural and Structural through to building and development to Client preference. We are also External Rendering Specialists focusing on Monocouche coloured render and External Wall Insulation (EWI).
We pride ourselves on providing a professional, caring and high-quality service and always meet our customers’ needs. Each client will receive a no obligation appointment to discuss the project in hand to enable us to get the best understanding to their unique budget and requirements. We will then provide all clients with a free detailed quote with any notes and advisories we feel fit to tailor each quote. Each project will have a project manager assigned who will oversea the entirety of the project and liaise with the clients personally with site meetings and progress updates along with picture and videos to help keep the excitement of your project moving closer to completion. The project manager and our director will be available and contactable 7 days a week to assure all customers they have peace of mind.

"Prestige carried out an extensive bespoke commercial conversion for Chigwell Hub on the grounds of The Metropolitan Police Club at Chigwell Hall. The project was converting the old sports block built in 1974 into an up to date state of the art Gym and Wellness centre. Chigwell Hub is now up and running and thriving thanks to the efforts of the team at Prestige.
