"I hired Prestige Coastal construction to install a new kitchen, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the results.The fitter left the job incomplete, with the countertops and fixtures partially installed, and didn't return to finish the work. I have been left without a sink and the washing machine unconnected. The entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I now have to hire someone else to complete and fix their unfinished work, adding extra expense and stress. I would not recommend this company."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback on your Kitchen project. We always strive to offer the best service to our clients as our previous reviews show. On this occasion, there were numerous factors from day one of items missing/wrong and changes to the electrics which were not caused by us. We worked with you to try and rectify the problems that arose. With this we could not complete the kitchen until the correct items had arrived and the electrics has been sorted. We finally managed to agree a date that you were happy for us to return to complete the kitchen. Upon arriving there were some unanswered questions that we were not able to agree on and we felt it was best for all parties for us to not continue. There is still a final balance left from our estimate to complete what is left to install. Kind regards Prestige Coastal Construction Ltd"

"Kane, together with his subcontractors fitted out our entire kitchen, completely replacing our old tired units. The work involved the total removal of the old units and installing the new, replacing and rewiring the electrics including the ceiling lights, plumbing, changing a doorway with a replacement window, installing a pocket door and replastering the walls. We were very impressed by his professionalism and work either and in the way he organised the work to be completed. The finished job fully came to our expectations and we have no hesitation in recommending him to other."

"Prestige Coastal Construction recently completed a refurbishment of our very tired en suite shower room. We were impressed by the professionalism of Laura and Kane, from design, the procurement advice on the suite, tiling and flooring, to the refurbishment itself. Kane was prompt, professional and completed work to a high standard. He was helpful in his advice throughout and made what could have been a stressful fortnight a good experience for us. The job was completed on time to our agreed budget and we are very pleased with all aspects of the work and are happy to recommend Laura and Kane to others."

The communication throughout the project was consistently clear and prompt, which we greatly appreciated. Additionally, the team was incredibly tidy and clean while working in our home, leaving no mess behind. Highly recommended!"
