"I scheduled a routine service with Premier Garage Door Installations Ltd for my electric garage door, quoted at £115 for about an hour of work. However, the technicians arrived at 8:30 PM on Thursday instead of the scheduled time on Friday, which was highly inconvenient and completed only 15 minutes of basic maintenance. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, the representative, responded, using inappropriate language. After mentioning I would report his behaviour, I received a call offering to reduce the fee to £90. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Premier Garage Door Installations Ltd for their lack of professionalism, poor service quality, and unacceptable customer care."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. My two engineers were 45 minutes away from you when they gave you a call to see if they could come and complete the works. As you are 1 hour and 20 minutes away from our base, we thought it was best all round. I said it could take up to an hour. It so happens your door was OK, and we done our checks and lubricated the parts needed for the door to continue working as smoothly as possible for years to come, there was 2 fully trained engineers for 30mins. We gave and agreed a quote for the works to be carried out, once the work was completed the customer wanted to pay 2/3 of the total cost. Discussions were had but we felt they have broken down. "I contacted Sean through this site and he responded immediately. After providing him the details of the garage door, he provided a reasonable quote for replacement springs, that I accepted. I was impressed that he did not delay in responding and was able to order replacement springs immediately. Sean contacted me when he had received the springs for a date to come and replace. Job was completed in 10 minutes by Lewis Butler and his assistant. Old springs removed, new springs fitted and tested. Cleared up after completing the job. Very good customer service by Sean and Lewis."

"Premier Garage Door Installations did a great job for me. From the initial emails with Lynsey, through the site visit by Sean, quotations, and the installations the service was great. Sean and his team removed the old door and installed the new one in a couple of hours, even in the 34 degree heat! I would highly recommend Premier Garage Door Installations."
