"Contacted the company and they booked an appointment a few days later which was an excellent service. Girl on the phone was very chatty and friendly. The person who came to our house to service the boiler came in a timely manner, was again friendly and very professional. The after service was great and the company delivered the service as they promised with a follow up email and all emails attended to quickly. Great service overall and will definitely use again. Jonathan - Image 1 "Having contacted Precise Installs for the first time, their Sales Manager attended at my home to take details of my requirements in upgrading my small bathroom to a wet-room. He gave us very detailed advice on how his team would carry out the task, and provided examples of suitable wall-boards and floor coverings. He provided a clear and concise quotation without delay, which I was pleased to accept. His tradesmen attended as agreed with good time-keeping, and carried out their work steadily and efficiently, cleaning up after themselves before leaving each evening. The quality of their work was excellent, and I won't hesitate to ask Precise Installs for assistance in future."
