I'm Paul Collumbell of PLC Decorator, based in Richmond (TW9) but covering all London areas and all areas within the M25.
I am hard working, professional and very reliable, always completing work to the highest standards. I take great pride in my workmanship and I am passionate about my trade. I have over 20 years' experience.
With my work ethics and reputation, I have many happy customers who often commend my services to potential new customers. I carry out all aspects of painting and decorating, with many of my customers returning and recommending my services to their friends and families.

"Paul was amazing, from start to finish, it was a pleasure to have Paul decorating our flat. He was so friendly to understanding to our nervous dog. The apartment looks so great and such a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Paul"

"Paul was recommended to us by a neighbour, and we found a treasure. We had a lot of work done and he was with us for approximately 6 weeks. He kept disruption to a minimum, was an organised, efficient, tidy and hard worker. I would certainly recommend him. Thank you Paul for all your hard work."
