"Full bathroom make over. Chris helped us redesign the layout for the new bathroom, suggesting ideas we hadn’t thought possible and giving us more space and storage. The supply and installation went very smoothly. Chris & Derek have done a great job. Communication during the whole project was excellent. We are so happy with our new bathroom and how stress free the process was. Brilliant team, totally trustworthy, would highly recommend."

"After doing a great job of our main bathroom, we got Platinum back to completely refurbish our ensuite bathroom. Chris and Derek did a fantastic job of transforming the space, incorporating a bigger shower enclosure by removing the old airing cupboard. The fitment and tiling has been completed to a very high standard. Communication throughout the project was brilliant. Tidy job, highly recommended team."

"Platinum Property Improvements renovated an entire 2 bedroom flat including installing a new kitchen and 2 bathrooms and full decoration. The team were punctual and reliable and were very mindful of the impact of the renovation work on our neighbours which was much appreciated. The renovation was completed on budget and on time. The quality of the work is excellent and we are very happy with the renovated flat. The communication throughout the project was good and when challenges arose, which is inevitable, Chris took the time to explain and discuss the issue and provide practical solutions. We would not hesitate to recommend Platinum Property Improvements."

"Chris previously completed some work in our ensuite and we were so impressed we had him back to replace our main bathroom. Chris removed the existing bathroom items and disposed of them safely. He then replaced the whole bathroom with great attention to detail. He plumbed the new goods in and re-tiled the whole room. The finishing was very good and Chris was very courteous and approachable. He disposed of all waste carefully. I would recommend Chris as a bathroom fitter."
