    "In need of an emergency roof repair due to the recent storm and high winds. Called Matt on Saturday who was able to get out to me the same day to assess the damage. Matt returned the following day at the agreed time and was able to fix our leak and refit the displaced tiles. Brilliant job, well done. Highly recommend."

    "Needed some maintenance carried out at the rear our home. I decided to give Pinnacle property's a ring to see if it was something they do. Matt was fortunately able to come and have a look on the same day. He was very polite, friendly, knowledgable and professional. He reassured me of my concerns and explained what needed to be done and how he would go about it. I was amazed that Matt could carry out the work on the same day. How Lucky was I! He put my mind at ease. Matt went off to get the bits and bobs required, came back and had everything done that he said he would do. The job was marvellous and I was so grateful. Im just over the moon. I would 100% use Matt again. You’ve changed my mind on taking that step to contact a tradesperson Matt. Thanks again."

    "Removal of fireplace surround & making good, repairing large crack in ceiling and removing old serving hatch. Good communication from Matt. He and his team worked tidily and efficiently. Due to the nature of the work they needed to come out several times to complete but Matt kept me fully informed. I found them to be trustworthy and I am delighted with the work they have completed. I would definitely use this company again."
