Lawson took time to listen to what we wanted and was happy for us to choose and supply our fixtures and fittings as part of the refurbishment. The quote was broken down to show what would be included and we were kept informed and discussed everything at each stage of the work. The quality of the plumbing, joinery, plastering, tiling and mastic finish was of a very high standard. We had a vision for our newly refurbished bathroom and we are thrilled with the end result. Becky - Image 1 "During the initial quotation, Lawson really understood the needs and requirements of our project. It was a full flat refurbishment whilst the property was empty, including two bathrooms and the kitchen. Phoenix made us feel that we were listened to and I trusted that they knew what we wanted. Honestly it was the best decision we have made! They have done a fantastic job, better than I could have imagined. The communication during the work was fantastic, I was always kept up to date and was offered advice and ideas – which was much appreciated! It was a very tight deadline but the whole team did a fantastic job to complete so quickly, and that standards did not drop to reflect the timescale. Would recommend to any friends and family - and have done so heartily as everyone has commentated on how beautiful the flat is now!"

"Lawson and the team were professional from start to finish. Their workmanship and timekeeping were exceptional. Large scale school project, completely transformed the electrics to a fully functioning, comprehensive building. Extensive work including swimming pool works. Would highly recommend"
