"I would not recommend this company - initial booking was very helpful and the engineer was very polite, but 90 minutes late and did very little when they arrived. I had two issues a sticky shower tap and a sticky bath diverter. I was hopeful they would be able to fix on the day but knew there may be a chance they would have to return. Unfortunately not only where they unable to fix any of the issues on the day of the visit they did not replace the parts correctly so I now have a tap that doesn't work rather than one that was just sticky. When I called this morning to explain the issue the person I spoke with wasn’t very helpful and rather defensive."
