    "I would not recommend this company - initial booking was very helpful and the engineer was very polite, but 90 minutes late and did very little when they arrived. I had two issues a sticky shower tap and a sticky bath diverter. I was hopeful they would be able to fix on the day but knew there may be a chance they would have to return. Unfortunately not only where they unable to fix any of the issues on the day of the visit they did not replace the parts correctly so I now have a tap that doesn't work rather than one that was just sticky. When I called this morning to explain the issue the person I spoke with wasn’t very helpful and rather defensive."

We want to clarify a few points When scheduling your appointment, we indicated that your time slot was three hours and aimed to arrive as close to that time as possible. Our team arrived within the agreed-upon window 90 minutes after the scheduled time. Before your appointment, we mentioned that if non-stock items were needed, we would provide a quotation with any deposit deductions included. Your tap was found unrepairable due to severe limescale corrosion, and we could not identify the diverter valve without the tap's name or model. After our visit, we sent you a detailed report with preventative measures to improve your plumbing and heating appliances' performance, along with a quotation that includes a 30% discount As an organisation committed to reducing our carbon footprint, we recognise that this job may require an additional visit. If you need further assistance or extra services, please contact."
