"I asked PG Heating to attend my elderly mother's failed boiler. After initial investigation, the attending engineer suspected the boiler was under warranty, something my mother couldn't remember. Rather the proceed, he rang the manufacturer, arranged a warranty appointment for her, and then declined to charge her anything for attending. Although work was not therefore undertaken, such honesty and good customer service should be acknowledged and appreciated. I would certainly use them again if needed."

"Brilliant service. Carried out a full service and also changed the heat exchanger, fast work. Guy was polite, on time. Can't fault them. Will definitely use agin if necessary and recommend to friends and family :)"

"Really impressed. Paul was helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and had sorted the fault with our heating within less than 4 hours from the time I sent a msg via Trust-a-Trader website. Not only that but the price was very reasonable too. Thoroughly recommend."

"I rang Paul of PG Heating on Monday morning 1st Nov. We had no hot water and no heating, Paul advised he would send an engineer in the afternoon, Jamie and colleague Harry arrived after 1pm. sorted the problem straight away, and repaired it. We also had another issue with a leaking toilet, they sorted out and replaced damaged part, we have used PG heating before, as they are professional experienced, reliable, (they do answer the phone,and turn up as advised) and reasonably priced, thanks guys."
