We specialise in Exterior decoration and total facelifts but any job we take on is done to an exceptional standard.

    "Top One Decorating did work on 3 different properties for us between August 2023 and April 2025. Two of these were complete exterior refurbishments on large 3 storey buildings that had not been touched in decades. The works included repointing, brickwork rejuvenation, roof repairs and cleaning and timberwork repairs and repainting. One property was listed so it was critical we could trust the work to be the highest standard. Having agreed the scope of work for each property Mori managed the logistics around scaffolding and trades and was always on site to check that there were no issues. We discovered things along the way but in each case were able to work up a plan of action with Mori and include it in the schedule of other works. By the end of each project the properties were so much better and we have already completed one sale on the back of the improved exterior appeal. We would fully recommend Top One Decorating and Mori to anyone looking to refurbish to a high standard."
