    "We had a female squirrel building a drey in a confined space above our second floor bay window. Paul chose a time that the squirrel was out, and then worked hard up a ladder on a cold day at some height to block the entry point and any other likely holes. The squirrel has now abandoned the nest and gone elsewhere. Paul responded quickly and efficiently to our request for help. He carefully explained what he was going to do, and why, and gave very sound advice. He was very professional in his approach, and subsequently followed up twice to make sure the problem had been properly dealt with before invoicing us. We have no hesitation in recommending Paul, and will contact him again should we have another pest problem."
